Tech Schedule

Friday, April 16th

9:00 AM	Church hall made available to Kay and Packy
?:00 PM	Sound load-in at the church hall. Time subject to Paul’s availability.
6:00 PM	Rehearsal for Ceremony in church. No sound tech necessary. Stage manager will be present.
7:00 PM	Rehearsal for Cabaret in church hall. Sound tech and stage manager needed. Food will be provided.

12:00 Noon	Sound check for performers who couldn’t make Friday night
12:30 PM	Church opens for guests. Stage manager starts pre-show music.
1:00 PM	Wedding Ceremony.
2:00 PM	Receiving line / Cocktail Hour pt. I. Sound will play CD of pre-cabaret music.
2:30 PM	Cocktail Hour pt. II. Stage manager rolls radio on stage, lit with spotlight. Sound plays CD of “Exposed” special episode
3:00 PM	Wedding Cabaret. Running order TBD Friday evening
6:00 PM	Final Act concludes. Goodbyes.
6:15 PM	Strike / Sound load-out
8:00 PM	Alcoholic After Party, location TBD
